Use the Image Asset Editor and the more than 45 presets, to very quickly create a new image, correctly sized for social media, the web, or even video without having to lookup the correct sizing, launch Photoshop, or other external editors.
The tool even allows you to scale, crop, and perform other adjustments such as brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, and sharpening easily and quickly. No special skills needed.
To access the Image Asset Editor:
- Navigate to your Media Vault
- Scroll down to, or search for, the desired image
- Click the pencil edit button on the right
One of the primary features of the Image Asset Editor and Converter allows you to select from over 45 presets to convert your image, properly sized, for use on a variety of social media networks and other uses.
You may adjust the image in several ways including zoom and crop, adding a background to smaller images, or making adjustments to improve or customize the look of the image. See "Image Adjustments" below.
You have the option to save over your existing image, or save it as a new image. If you made changes to the original image you will receive a warning before saving over it. In most cases, you should consider the "Save as New Image" option.
After loading your image and selecting a preset, click on the "Adjust" tab to fine tune the image, or make other customizations to improve or alter its appearance. These included:
When done, switch back to the "Save" tab to either save the image or create a new one. The saved image will be added to your Media Vault and selected Media Kits ready for use throughout Kaboodle Media.
